What are the benefits of Hive OS?
In contrast to Windows, Hive OS is an operating system developed specifically for mining. All functions as well as the interface are tailored to a maximally efficient mining process. Installing Hive OS is quick, as is setting up an account. Another major advantage over Windows is that the system is suitable for mining rigs as well as ASIC miners and the hardware can be controlled and controlled from anywhere. This applies to all miners who are assigned to the account. In fact, you can log into the Hive interface via a browser or via the Hive OS app and perform all desired actions. For example, you can change the pool or wallet at all mines at the same time.
Overclocking and monitoring graphics cards is also very easy and you can really inspect all relevant values (temperatures, hashrates, power consumption,...) at a glance in the main view, which significantly increases the security factor when mining. The presentation and preparation of all data is really well thought out. You can select automatic fan speed profiles, then the mining rig automatically optimizes fan speeds based on GPU temperatures. In addition, you can carry out otherwise time-consuming system and driver updates with just a few clicks. Another advantage is that the operating system itself consumes less power than Windows and the exact power consumption can also be better monitored.
